I really loved this book, I heard Lynn do the book in the form of a talk at the Breathe conference this year, I believe everyone in the room walked away encouraged and motivated.
This is now one of my favorite books. I loved it so much! I really related to Lynn and I learned a lot from her. This book is so small but it has BIG message. It totally was encouraging.
I even put in under my favorite books on my blog.
