Hi guys! That massive jaw is reconstructed from 25 teeth that once belonged to an ancestor of the great white shark! They estimate that it was more than 40 feet long! Yikes!
Hope everybody is doing well. We're great here! We're about to go out for some sushi - this will be a first for me! :O
There are a lot more pictures where these came from. If I don't get to it this weekend I'll be sure to post some more when we get home.
okay, so I obviously don't read blogs that often since this was posted a few days ago but it looks like you had a great time and that makes me (& Noah) very happy.
A toast to having good times! (you can't see it, but I'm toasting the computer with a glass of champagne right now. And, yes, I know that's a tad lame. :o)
