After a series of "specials" in 2009 Doctor Who is set to come back in 2010 with a full series and a new Doctor. Today the BBC announced that Matt Smith will be replacing David Tennant as the 900-something year old Timelord. Here in the US, if you've seen him at all, it was probably in the PBS broadcast of Ruby in the Smoke with Billie Piper.New Doctor Actor is Youngest Ever

Hmmmm...not sure how I feel about this Matt Smith fellow, but then again, I didnt think I would like David Tennant either so I should give hima chance.
I watched a little bit of an interview with him tonight with Scott. I think I like him actually. Also I learned that David Tennant is Scottish! Brilliant! It makes me think of the episode where he and Rose were poking fun at the Scottish accent and said, "Oot and aboot." One of my most favorite adopted sayings.
